Prices

Upon receipt of your documents, the estimated cost and time will be agreed before the beginning of each translation. The estimate is free: please contact me to specify your request.

The cost calculation is carried out on the base of number of French words according to the translator trade.

Payment of the translation service

Several ways of payments are possible :

- cheque sent together with your documents

- bank transfer (a bank account number will be specified by electronic mail. Please note that 3 additional days will be required to process payment

- cash paid to my account (the account number will be sent to you by electronic mail)

- Soon : PayPal system for secure payments by credit card

No translation will be done without full prepayment

In case of a translation of large volumes, a payment of 50% will be requested to

For new customers full prepayment will be required

Time and deadlines

The normal processing time for a translation is 5 to 7 days according to volume to be translated.

If your order is to be treated in urgency, the urgent tariff will be applied, and the translation will be carried out in 24 hours upon receipt of your documents  .For the amount from three to six, 48 hours will be required for the urgent translation.

As an indication, within one working day, a professional translator can translate between 1500 and 2000 words (depending on the nature of the text), which is a maximum of 15.000 words per week.
